Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns

Our 14-day return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same pristine, unused condition you received it, please – with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also keep your receipt or proof of purchase to hand.

To begin the return process, please kindly contact us at info@slumberluxe.co.uk and we will guide you through the next steps. If your return is agreed, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted, sorry, and no refund or exchange can be issued.

If the reason for the return is due to a fault with the product, we will of course cover the cost of the return delivery and send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.

If, however, you wish to return for another reason, please note that the customer must personally cover the cost of postage.

Damages and wrong item issues.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct this promptly for you.

Refund payments

Once we have received and carefully inspected your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been agreed. Approved refunds will be processed automatically and refunded onto your original payment method within 10 working days.

Please remember it can take some time (sometimes up to 10 days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund to this payment method.

Exchanges

For an exchange, please contact us at info@slumberluxe.co.uk in the first instance.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange cannot be accepted, sorry.
Once an exchange has been agreed, please return the original item with your proof of purchase, and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Sale items, gift cards and used items

Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or if the item has been used.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification.

As mentioned above, your item must be in the same pristine condition that you received it; unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase, please.
