Slumber Luxe was founded by Rachel Phelps, a creative director with a clear mission: to redefine luxury and indulgence for a new era through sustainability, sensory refinement and emotional connection. While she leads the brand’s strategy and execution with vision and precision, she is supported by two women she instinctively aligns with – her mother and her daughter, whose perspectives enrich the brand’s creative process. Together, they form a uniquely intergenerational team.
Each contributes her own fresh perspective. Rachel oversees everything from the sourcing of unique 100% pure organic Arbas cashmere to the refinement of product design, sustainable packaging and ensuring each step is guided by a responsible, conscious ethos that respects both people and planet, to ensure every product arrives with the care and intention of a personal gift. She has sourced with integrity, designed with intention, and firmly believes that beauty should never come at the cost of the earth.
Her mother, Brigitte, brings a seasoned perspective on design integrity, shaped by her personal values and experience, ensuring that every decision reflects Slumber Luxe’s commitment to sustainability. Her daughter, Sophie, contributes a fresh, intuitive lens, helping the brand resonate with a new generation of conscious luxury consumers.
