Orders must be placed by midday on 18th December to guarantee delivery before Christmas (UK only). Any orders placed after this time may not arrive before Christmas.

Shipping within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland is free of charge up to 1.5kg (the equivalent of three boxed Slumber Luxe hot water bottles). Over 1.5kg shipping cost upon request.
Express next day delivery via registered DPD post is insured and requires an adult’s signature.
Customs: Vat and sales tax
If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, please note that delivery charges are not included in our listed website prices.
For EU and international customers, VAT or sales tax is not collected at the Slumber Luxe checkout.
Instead, your local customs agency may apply these charges when your parcel arrives in your home country, and payment will be required by you before your order can be delivered.
